5.2.9. Fuel injection block (Multec of TsVT)

GENERAL INFORMATION

Connections of vacuum hoses on the fuel injection block – the TsVT model


And – a hose of system of adjustment of temperature of the arriving air;

B – a hose of system of recirculation of exhaust gases (if it is established);

C – a hose of the ventilating valve of the fuel tank (if it is established)

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Release pressure from a power supply system, having removed the relay of the fuel pump and having turned a bent shaft of the engine a starter within at least 5 seconds.
2. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
3. Uncover the air filter.
4. Release fixing clips and disconnect the socket of connection of an injector.
5. Remove rubber consolidation from above of the block and get the plug of wires of an injector.
6. Disconnect connection sockets from the solenoid of system of idling and the sensor of provision of throttle
7. Disconnect fuel hoses, having remembered the provision of their installation.
8. Disconnect vacuum hoses and a hose of the sensor of absolute pressure in an inlet collector.
9. Disconnect draft (it is specified by an arrow) from the lever of a butterfly valve.
10. Turn off two fixing nuts, remove washers and plugs (a photo at the left) and remove the block of injection of fuel from an inlet collector (a photo on the right). Remove laying.
11. Turn off two fixing screws and divide block halves.
12. Installation is carried out upside-down removals. Use new laying. Check correctness of connection of hoses (see rice. Connections of vacuum hoses on the fuel injection block – the TsVT model).
