Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. The sensor is located in the lower part of the engine near a pulley of a bent shaft (the arrow specified a fixing bolt).
2. For removal of the sensor disconnect the socket of connection and turn off the fixing screw.
3. Installation is carried out upside-down removals.

MULTEC-S

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the socket of connection of the sensor. Turn off a fixing bolt (it is specified by an insole) and remove the sensor from an arm.
2. Installation is carried out upside-down removals. After installation check a gap between the sensor and a disk of installation of ignition (it is specified by an arrow) by means of probes. If the gap is not equal to 1,0±0,7 mm, replace a fixing arm.

WITH 18 NZ, MOTRONIC M 1.5 AND M 2.5

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the connection socket, turn off the fixing screw and remove the sensor.
2. Replace a sealing ring if it is necessary.
3. Installation is carried out upside-down removals.

MOTRONIC M 2.8

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the socket of connection of the sensor.
2. Remove a fixing arm of the pump of system of hydrostrengthening of steering and remove the sensor.
3. Installation is carried out upside-down removals.

SIMTEC

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Release fixing clips and remove the sensor, a hose of an intake of air and the temperature sensor.
2. Remove the closing strip and disconnect the socket of connection of the sensor.
3. Take off a maple belt.
4. Turn off three fixing bolts of an arm (1) and remove the sensor (2).
5. Installation is carried out upside-down removals.
