MULTEC TSVT

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
2. Remove the air filter.
3. Disconnect the socket of connection of the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve.

4. Turn off two fixing screws and remove the sensor.
5. Check that the butterfly valve was closed, then install the sensor in the fuel injection block, having checked that the lever of the sensor was correctly installed on an axis of a butterfly valve.
6. Apply sealant on a carving of bolts of the sensor and twirl them.
7. Further installation is carried out upside-down removals.

MULTEC of MW and MOTRONIC M 1.5

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
2. Release fixing clips and disconnect the socket of connection of the sensor.
3. Turn off three (two on the Motronic M 1.5 systems) fixing the screw and remove the sensor.
4. Installation is carried out upside-down removals.

MOTRONIC M 2.5

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
2. Remove the air filter and the sensor of a stream of air.
3. Release a fixing clip and from the socket of connection of the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve (it is specified by an arrow).
4. Turn off two fixing screws and remove the sensor.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install the sensor and adjust it as follows.
2. Turn the sensor counterclockwise so that resistance was felt, then tighten fixing screws.
3. When opening and closing a butterfly valve the sensor has to publish characteristic click.
4. If it is necessary, adjust position of the sensor that the click was heard when the butterfly valve begins to open.
5. Install the air filter.
