MULTEC TSVT

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Release pressure from a power supply system.
2. Remove the air filter.
3. Turn off four fixing bolts of a cover of the regulator and uncover.
4. Remove a saddle of a spring (3), a spring (2) and a diaphragm (1) (4 – a cover).
5. Installation is carried out upside-down removals.

MULTEC OF MW

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
2. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the regulator.
3. Disconnect a fuel tube from the regulator and accurately release pressure from system.
4. Turn off a fixing bolt and remove pressure regulator from a tube and a fuel collector.

5. Installation is carried out upside-down removals. Replace sealing rings.

MULTEC-S

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Release pressure from a power supply system, having removed the relay of the fuel pump and turning cranked engine kcal a starter within at least 5 seconds.
2. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
3. Disconnect sockets of connection and remove wires aside.
4. Remove a cap from a control branch pipe and release the remained pressure.
5. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the regulator.
6. Accurately disconnect a fuel hose.
7. Turn off a fixing bolt and remove the regulator from a fuel collector.
8. Installation is carried out upside-down removals.

MOTRONIC M 1.5

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
2. Remove the solenoid of system of idling and disconnect wires from injectors.
3. Turn off tightening screws and disconnect fuel tubes from the regulator.
4. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the regulator and remove the regulator.
5. Installation is carried out upside-down removals.

MOTRONIC M 2.5 and M 2.8

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
2. Remove the air filter.
3. Disconnect the socket of connection of the sensor of a stream of air and the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve.
4. Disconnect a vacuum hose from pressure regulator.
5. Disconnect fuel tubes and release the remained pressure.
6. Turn off fixing bolts and remove the regulator.
7. Installation is carried out upside-down removals.

SIMTEC

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Release pressure from a power supply system, having removed the relay of the fuel pump and turning cranked engine kcal a starter within at least 5 seconds.
2. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
3. Remove a ventilating hose of a cover of the valvate mechanism and a hose of an intake of air.
4. Remove a cap from a control branch pipe of the regulator of pressure of fuel (1) and release the remained pressure from fuel system.
5. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the regulator.
6. Release clips and remove the regulator from a fuel collector.
7. Installation is carried out upside-down removals. Replace the damaged consolidations and oil sealing rings engine.
