5.2.19. Fuel injectors (Simtec)

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Release pressure from a power supply system.
2. Disconnect ventilating hoses from a cover of the valvate mechanism.
3. Disconnect an air supply hose.
4. Disconnect an accelerator rope from the lever of a butterfly valve.
5. Remove a cap from a control branch pipe of pressure of fuel and release the remained pressure.
6. Remove safety clips of the first and second injectors.
7. Remove the closing strip.
8. Disconnect a vacuum hose and a wire of "weight" from the fuel pressure regulator.
9. Turn off fixing bolts of a fuel collector and remove pins.
10. Remove a fuel collector and remove injectors, having removed fixing clips.
11. Installation is carried out upside-down removals. Replace sealing rings of injectors.
12. Spring clips on injectors (1) have to be turned down.
