3.3.29. Check of an advancing of injection of fuel

GENERAL INFORMATION

The advancing of injection of fuel can be checked both at established, and at the removed engine. Below the check option with the installed engine is described. For check it is necessary моментоскоп which by means of an adapter establishes on TNVD. Check and adjustment are carried out at the cold engine.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Turn off bolts of fastening of a cover of a case of coupling.
2. Remove the top cover of a gear belt.
3. Install the piston of the 1st cylinder in VMT. For this purpose to turn a bent shaft before coincidence of a tag of VMT on a flywheel with inflow on a coupling case cover (the drawing at the left). At the same time valves of the 4th cylinder have to be blocked (the tag on the TNVD cogged pulley has to appear opposite to a tag on its arm (the drawing on the right)). For simplification of a provorachivaniye of the crankshaft to include the 4th transfer, to raise a jack any of forward wheels and to rotate it a hand.
4. Turn out the central carving stopper on TNVD.
5. To the place of a carving stopper to establish an adapter (for example, Opel KM-226) and the small indicator (with a range of measurements up to 3 mm) with a copper sealing washer.
6. To slowly turn a bent shaft against the working direction of rotation (counterclockwise) approximately on 5 cm.
7. Install the indicator on "0".
8. To turn a bent shaft in the direction of rotation (clockwise) so that VMT tag on a flywheel coincided with the corresponding tag on the engine block. The indicator leg at the same time has to move to 0,9±0,05 mm.

Prevention

If the tag of VMT is incidentally passed, to turn the crankshaft back and to repeatedly expose VMT.


9. If the above-stated value is impossible, it is necessary to adjust the provision of TNVD.
10. Install the piston of the 1st cylinder in VMT, having turned a bent shaft in the working direction of rotation.
11. Turn off bolts of fastening of the TNVD cogged pulley. In repair shops of Opel for deduction of a pulley from a provorachivaniye special KM-468 adaptation is used. It is possible to use a suitable chain key also.
12. Establish a preset value of an advancing. For this purpose slightly to turn TNVD for the case. In repair shops for this purpose Opel KM-541 adaptation is used. It is possible to use the ordinary screw-driver also.
13. To slightly tighten bolts of fastening of a pulley of TNVD.
14. To double-check adjustment.
15. After the corresponding adjustment it is final to tighten bolts of fastening of a pulley the moment of 22 Nanometers, holding a pulley from a provorachivaniye Opel KM-468 adaptation. Remove the indicator.
16. Screw into place the central carving stopper, having laid a new copper washer and to tighten a stopper the moment of 15 Nanometers.
17. Establish and fix a coupling case cover.
18. Establish and fix the top cover of a gear belt.
19. Start the engine and to wait some time that quitted air the fuel system.
20. After a control trip to check an inhaling of the central carving stopper, if necessary to bring up her.

THE DIESEL TC4EE1 WITH THE TURBO-SUPERCHARGING

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire of "weight" from the accumulator.

Prevention

At the same time all information in memory of the computer is erased.


2. To mark all hoses and other connections on an inlet collector with an adhesive tape and to disconnect.
3. Turn off bolts of fastening of an inlet collector.
4. Weaken two external nuts on an inlet collector and to remove it together with the air filter.
5. Turn off a carving stopper from the TNVD case.
6. Disconnect fuel pipelines of high pressure, having turned off their cap nuts a cap key of Hazet 612-17х19.

Prevention

Not to bend pipelines.


7. Install the piston of the 1st cylinder in VMT, having turned a bent shaft so that VMT tag on a pulley coincided with the index on the engine block.
8. For simplification of rotation of the crankshaft to include the 4th or 5th transfer, to lift any of forward wheels and to rotate it a hand.
9. By means of the screw-driver to switch-off the device of cold start of the engine.
10. To the place of a carving stopper to screw an adapter of Opel KM-226-A and the small indicator (with a range of measurements up to 3 mm).
11. Install the indicator so that to provide the minimum course of a measuring leg of 1 mm.
12. To turn a bent shaft in the direction opposite to the working direction of rotation (counterclockwise) on 60 ° that TNVD pistons were installed in the relevant provision. At the same time the arrow of the indicator has to deviate minimum. In this situation to install the indicator on zero. Rotating a bent shaft forward and back, to check correctness of adjustment. At the same time the indicator should not show value, smaller 0.
13. To redeem former situation of the crankshaft, having turned it on 60 ° back (clockwise) in VMT and to read the instrument from the indicator (TNVD plunger course). It has to be in limits of 0,5-0,6 mm.
14. If the received value is not included into the specified range, to adjust the provision of TNVD.
15. Weaken bolts of fastening of TNVD.
16. To turn the pump until the preset value of the course of its plunger is reached. If the course exceeds the upper bound of the above-stated range, then it is necessary to turn the pump to the engine and if it less lower bound of range, – in the opposite direction. The recommended value of the course (for which it is necessary to strive) – 0,55 mm.
17. After adjustment of provision of TNVD to tighten bolts of its fastening. The moment of an inhaling of bolts of fastening of the pump to a head of cylinders – 25 Nanometers, and bolts of fastening of an arm of the pump – 40 Nanometers.
18. Remove the indicator.
19. Screw into place the central carving stopper and to tighten its moment 20 Nanometers, having put a new washer.
20. To remove the screw-driver from the starting arrangement.
21. Connect into place pipelines and to tighten their cap nuts the moment of 25 Nanometers.
22. Clear the interfaced surfaces of an inlet collector and a head of cylinders of the laying remains by means of a trihedral file. Establish new laying.
23. Establish an inlet collector and to tighten bolts and nuts of its fastening the moment of 30 Nanometers.
24. Connect all hoses and other connections to an inlet collector according to marking.
