Fixing bolts of a support of a back brake

Fixing bolts – are specified by shooters.


1. Remove brake slips.
2. Hermetically close a mouth of a tank of brake fluid a polyethylene film.
3. Turn off a nut of connection of a brake tube on a support and disconnect a tube.
4. Turn off two fixing bolts and remove a support from the car.


1. Clear a support, trying not to inhale dust.
2. Do not try to divide support halves.
3. Remove fixing clips of dustproof covers of pistons and remove covers.
4. Lower one of pistons deep into of a support by means of a clamp and compressed air squeeze out the second piston.
5. Close the open cylinder, remove a clamp and squeeze out the remained piston.
6. Remove consolidations from cylinders.
7. Examine the surface of pistons and cylinders on existence of scratches or wear tracks.
8. Clear pistons and cylinders brake fluid or methyl alcohol.
9. Grease with lubricant for brake cylinders pistons, cylinders and consolidations of pistons.
10. Install consolidations in flutes in cylinders.
11. Install dustproof covers on pistons, and accurately insert pistons into cylinders.
12. When pistons are partially inserted, install dustproof covers on rims in cylinders and establish fixing clips.
13. The lower bolts of fastening of a case of coupling to the block of cylinders.


1. Installation is carried out upside-down removals.
2. Upon termination of installation pump over the corresponding contour of the brake system.
